Did you remember that today (19th of September) is Aortic Dissection Awareness Day? We talked about it here. This day is thus a very good day to tell you more about VASCUPEDIA!

Vascupedia is an online platform offering free education in the field of vascular medicine, including research and the treatment of aortic diseases.

Physicians, vascular, cardiac and thoracic surgeons and/or researchers are invited to register and upload their scientific presentations, case reports etc. to share their experience and findings with a network of  colleagues. They are given the opportunity to explain their work, to learn new techniques and to discuss various subject-specific issues.

Eventually the platform is intended to contribute to a better (safer) treatment of patients with vascular diseases by providing easy and free access to sharing medical knowledge internationally on a high level.
